Mainebiz recently featured the proposed Windsor Agricultural Education Center and the growing effort to create a year-round hub for agricultural education, workforce development, and farmer support in Maine.

Maine Food & Farm Strategy has been working with Windsor and its partners to help develop the Center’s programming model, with an emphasis on connecting young people, beginning farmers, existing producers, educators, and career-changers with the organizations, training, and resources already available throughout Maine.
The Mainebiz article takes a closer look at the vision for the Center, the need it is intended to address, and the partnerships helping move the project forward.
